YOUR PURPOSE

Your purpose is your personal statement about who you are, what has influenced you so far, and where you plan to go from here. We believe God has a purpose for you.

So, REALLY, what is your purpose?

History

On November 04, 2001, we decided to create an Online Personal Ministry website to reach anyone online/offline who wanted to know and read more about Jesus Christ, who has touched so many lives throughout the…well…”A Long long time” : ) Anyone who wants to send a prayer request, read online, request information, or simply just wants to visit is welcomed here (Basically everyone. We believe God gave His free gift to everyone who is willing to receive it!)

Vision

Online Presence… A place online to read and learn about the Word of God. A place to share the truth to others of God’s grace and live out The Great Commandment.

Personal Ministry Force Mostly online and in East Orlando to share the truth of God’s grace by leading people to Jesus and into fully-devoted followers of Christ. By passing out info, bibles, New Testaments, sharing by word of mouth, evangelism, and investing time with others, because we believe it is important to share the Good News!

Beliefs

God

God is the Creator and Ruler of the Universe. He has eternally existed in three personalities: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. These three are co-equal and are one God. God created the world and everything in it out of nothing and continues to sustain His creation by His sovereign power. By His providence He is operating throughout history to fulfill His redemptive purposes.

Man

Man is made in the spiritual image of God, to be like Him in character. He is the supreme object of God’s creation. Although man has tremendous potential for good, he is marred by an attitude of disobedience toward God called “sin.” This attitude separates man from God.

Eternity

Man was created to exist forever. He will either exist eternally separate from God by sin or in union with God through forgiveness and salvation. To be eternally separated from God is Hell. To be eternally in union with Him is eternal life in Heaven. Heaven and Hell are places of eternal existence.

Jesus Christ

Jesus is the son of God. He is co-equal with the Father and the Spirit. United with the true human nature through a miraculous conception and virgin birth, Jesus lived a sinless human life and offered Himself as the perfect sacrifice for the sins of all men by dying on a cross. He arose from the dead in bodily form after three days to demonstrate His power over sin and death. Jesus is the only mediator between God and man, continually making intercession for His own. He ascended to Heaven’s glory and will return again to Earth to reign as King of Kings and Lord of Lords.

Salvation

The central purpose of God’s Word is to call all people into fellowship with Himself. Salvation is a gift from God to man. Man can never make up for his sin by self-improvement or good works. Only by trusting in Jesus Christ as God’s offer of forgiveness can man be saved from sin’s penalty. Eternal life begins the moment one receives Jesus Christ into his life by faith.

Eternal Security

Because God gives man eternal life through Jesus Christ, the believer is secure in that salvation for eternity. Salvation is maintained by the grace and power of God and not by the self-effort of the believer. It is the grace and keeping power of God that gives this security.

The Holy Spirit

The Holy Spirit is equal with the Father and the Son as God. He is present in the world to make men and women aware of their need for Jesus Christ. He also lives in every Christian from the moment of salvation. He provides the Christian with power for living, understanding of spiritual truth, and guidance in doing what is right. The Holy Spirit uniquely endows each believer with gifts for the up-building of the Church–the Body of Christ. His power and control make it possible for the believer to live a life of Christ-like character and to bear fruit to the glory of the Father.

The Bible

The bible is God’s word to all people. It is the sole basis of our belief. Scripture originated with God and was given through chosen men. It is the supreme source of truth for Christian beliefs and living. Because God inspires it, it is truth without any mixture of error and there are no other writings similarly inspired by God.
